{"id":196,"date":"2025-03-04T20:00:38","date_gmt":"2025-03-04T20:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.poulskitchen.com\/?p=196"},"modified":"2025-03-04T20:00:38","modified_gmt":"2025-03-04T20:00:38","slug":"homemade-naan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/poulskitchen.ovh\/?p=196","title":{"rendered":"Homemade Naan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Homemade Naan\" width=\"620\" height=\"349\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0lHj6FU4E3g?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 1 Ingredients.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 Cups of flour (White or bread)<br>2 Cups of greek plain yogurt<br>2 whole garlics<br>1 Whole onions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 2 Prep.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gather all the ingredients and put the garlic and onion in a food processor to make it very minced, if you don&#8217;t have a food processor, just cut as fine as you can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 3 Mix.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl mix your flour and then add in the yogurt very slowly so it doesn&#8217;t make a huge mess.<br>Add the garlic and onion.<br>Mix it really really good, I can&#8217;t say this enough you really want it mixed.<br>Keep mixing until its a shaggy mess, and then make 2 balls out of it,<br>Beat the balls kneed it, and fold it until its almost elastic, and then cover with plastic wrap for 20-30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 4 Cut and Cook.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After 20-30 minutes, remove the wrap and take each ball and seperate it into 6 equal pieces.<br>take each piece and roll into a small thin bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat a cast iron pan, or another pan will work, oil isn&#8217;t nessasary here, just heat it up to medium heat.<br>Once hot lay a piece of bread down and cook on both sides til done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let cool and your good to go, this is an awesome side to any Indian dish, tastes amazing, and we hope you like it!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Phase 1 Ingredients. 3 Cups of flour (White or bread)2 Cups of greek plain yogurt2 whole garlics1 Whole onions Phase 2 Prep.
