{"id":30,"date":"2024-11-09T17:24:41","date_gmt":"2024-11-09T17:24:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.poulskitchen.com\/?p=30"},"modified":"2024-11-09T17:24:41","modified_gmt":"2024-11-09T17:24:41","slug":"spaghetti-squash-pad-thai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/poulskitchen.ovh\/?p=30","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai\" width=\"620\" height=\"349\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PVZZ9UqzoWA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai is an amazing dish, easy to make with a bit of work at the start, but it is amazing and also very easy to make into a pure vegan dish if you wanted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is an absolutely amazing meal, tastes so amazing and very rewarding to eat, and you will be proud of yourself!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Phase 1 Spaghetti Squash<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To start preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and get yourself a very sharp knife and cut your squash into quarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clean out the center of the seeds and garbage like you would a pumpkin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put it on a baking tray and lightly oil the tops and bottoms of your squash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake it at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once done put it on a cooling tray, and leave it cool off for 30 to  60 minutes, there is no rush on this, as it stays very hot and will burn you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the squash is cooled off enough take a fork, maybe 2 and pull the insides apart, like your pulling pulled pork, it will look like spaghetti noodles, very amazing once you see this for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put the noodles in a container and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Phase 2 Chicken<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take 1 chicken break cook it up with pepper, ginger, and if you have low or no sodium salt you can use that too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once that is cooked up cut your chicken breast into small pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remember this is not the main part of the meal, so its not a big deal here, if your looking for a vegan option just leave it out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Phase 2 veggies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green Peppers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cucumbers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Radishes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peanut butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spinach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hot sauce &#8211; you can replace this with another type of sauce or dressing if you are not into heat<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dice your veggies up and then start to fry them with your spinach being last make sure you have the amount of sauce you want, you can use more than 1 type if you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally put in your spaghetti squash mix it up nice and good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And now your ready to serve this delicious healthy meal!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"708\" src=\"https:\/\/www.poulskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Paleo-Pad-Thai-Image-3-1024x708-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai is an amazing dish, easy to make with a bit of work at the start, but it is amazing and also very easy to make into a pure vegan dish if you wanted.
