{"id":302,"date":"2025-04-18T18:14:33","date_gmt":"2025-04-18T18:14:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.poulskitchen.com\/?p=302"},"modified":"2025-04-18T18:14:33","modified_gmt":"2025-04-18T18:14:33","slug":"apple-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/poulskitchen.ovh\/?p=302","title":{"rendered":"Apple Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Apple Pie\" width=\"620\" height=\"349\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JrL2jUniemk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a great recipe, yes there will be sugar in it as apples do have sugar in them, but using sweeteners like Stevia will help that out a lot, this is actually a lot more simple to make than you&#8217;d think, and it turned out great!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 1 Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apple Pie Crust<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 Cup Of Flour<br>1 Quarter TSP Of Your Sugar Substitute<br>A Sprinkle Of NO-Salt<br>A Cup Of Water<br>2 TBS Of Oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pie Filling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 Cups Of Apples Pealed And Sliced.<br>2 Sticks Of Butter<br>2 TBS Of Cinnimon<br>3 TBS Of Water<br>2 TBS Of Nutmeg<br>1 TBS Cloves<br>1 Cup Of Stevia<br>TBS Of Water<br>TPS Of Cornstarch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 2 The Crust<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add 1 cup of flour right into your pie dish, 1 Quarter TSP of your sugar substitute, a bit of No-Salt, take a fork and mix it add in a bit of water, Add in 2 TBS Of Oil mix the mixture until it clumps and take your hand and make your crust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, and then bake for 8 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 3 the Pie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soak your apples in some water,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a sauce pan melt 2 sticks of butter, add 2 TBS of cinnimon and stir it in, then add 3 TBS of water, and stir again, Add 2 TBS of nutmeg and 1 TBS of cloves, add 1 cup of stevia, and stir, now add your apples in, you need to keep stirring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take a TBS of Water add a TPS of cornstarch and mix it together to make a slurry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add your slurry to the apple mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keep mixing this until it isn&#8217;t runny and thick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once that is done take it off the heat and let it cool all the way down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put your pie into the crust, and then the top part make sure to cut some slits on top for ventilation, sprinkle the top with cinnimon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pre heat your oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a very easy and simple recipe and it tastes so amazing!
