{"id":376,"date":"2025-06-11T20:43:54","date_gmt":"2025-06-11T20:43:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.poulskitchen.com\/?p=376"},"modified":"2025-06-11T20:43:54","modified_gmt":"2025-06-11T20:43:54","slug":"ginger-beef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/poulskitchen.ovh\/?p=376","title":{"rendered":"Ginger Beef"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ginger Beef\" width=\"620\" height=\"349\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lttsEYll_hE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A very famous Canadian dish, tastes great, and is very good for you, one of our favorite meals ever!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 Celery Stalks Quartered And Sliced<br>2 Large Carrots Sliced 4 Ways Then Chopped To Match Sticks<br>1 Green Pepper Chopped Thinly<br>1 Large Onion Sliced Thinly<br>2 TBS Sugar Free Ketsup<br>3 TBS Light Soy Sauce<br>1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar<br>3 TBS Oyster Sauce<br>2 TBS Minced Garlic<br>1 Pack Of Ground Beef<br>1 TSP Chinese Rice Vinegar<br>1\/2 Cup Of Mushroom Stock<br>3 TBS Of Brown Stevia<br>1 TSP Crushed Chilies (if you like it hot feel free to add more)<br>4 TBS Of Minced Ginger<br>3 TBS Corn Starch<br>Another 4 TBS Of Mushroom Stock<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take your 4 TBS of mushroom stock and mix your corn starch and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combine the Ketsup, soya sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, mushroom stock, stevia, and chilies into a bowl and stir until combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 1 pan fry up your beef and make sure to separate it so its on the smaller side like broken all up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another large pot, that has been oiled well, place the rest of your veggies in and fry this for a few minutes, and then add your sauce in and mix it up really well, then add your stock that you had set aside and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the veggies are getting cooked add your beef to the mix and stir it up well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is best served with some rice on the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is one of my absolute  favorite dishes and wow does it ever have flavor, we hope you like it!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A very famous Canadian dish, tastes great, and is very good for you, one of our favorite meals ever!
