{"id":41,"date":"2024-11-10T15:47:03","date_gmt":"2024-11-10T15:47:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.poulskitchen.com\/?p=41"},"modified":"2024-11-10T15:47:03","modified_gmt":"2024-11-10T15:47:03","slug":"sloppy-aimees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/poulskitchen.ovh\/?p=41","title":{"rendered":"Sloppy Aimees"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Sloppy Aimee\" width=\"620\" height=\"349\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PJjsVhr8z9E?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sloppy Aimees is my take on a Sloppy Joe, just more healthy fun, and much more tasty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is fun, easy and very tasty!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 Onions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Green Peppers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ground Beef<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Worcestershire Sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spaghettis Sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apple Cyder Vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BBQ Sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your choice of hot sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Big burger buns<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Cooking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Start by chopping up your onion, green pepper and garlic, it would be best if you had a food processor and let it do it for you, more simple and a lot quicker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a oiled frying pan start frying up that mix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add in your ground beef, breaking it up making sure its very chunky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As it cooks down its going to reduce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add some pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add some Worcestershire sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add some spaghetti sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add some apple cyder vinegar, not a lot but it does help with taste and works with helping your blood sugar and blood pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add some BBQ Sauce, your favorite flavor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you want some hot sauce this is where you add it in, if your sharing the meal, think about how other people will feel about it, you don&#8217;t wanna kill anyone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix this all in good, and cook until done, be careful to make sure the meat is well cooked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lastly get your but buns ready and put some mix in until it looks like a sloppy joe, but this time make it messy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a meal best served with fries and maybe some veggies, a great pick me up meal, very simple and quick to make, we really hope you enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sloppy Aimees is my take on a Sloppy Joe, just more healthy fun, and much more tasty.
