{"id":75,"date":"2024-11-11T19:43:46","date_gmt":"2024-11-11T19:43:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.poulskitchen.com\/?p=75"},"modified":"2024-11-11T19:43:46","modified_gmt":"2024-11-11T19:43:46","slug":"italian-style-spaghettis-sauce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/poulskitchen.ovh\/?p=75","title":{"rendered":"Italian Style Spaghettis Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Italian Spaghetti Sauce\" width=\"620\" height=\"349\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zIgYGuGx4WQ?start=13&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a great base for spaghetti sauce, it is done Italian style, and it is tasty, use this as a base, and add from there to your own flavor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quarter cup of water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A TBS of baking soda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A whole garlic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chili pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Stocks of celery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Large onion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parsley.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oregino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black Pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Cans of crushed tomatos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cans of tomato paste.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Phase 1 Slurry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a cup have a quarter cup of water, and add a tablespoon of baking soda, mix well and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Phase 2 Starting the sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Food process the garlic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a good amount of extra virgin olive oil into a deep frying pan and set the heat on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the garlic to it and start cooking that into the oil, it will infuse it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While that cooks in the food processor add 2 sticks of celery, some chili peppers, and finally 1 large onion, process this and then put this in a bowl and save it for now.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add your spices to the pan and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add your canned crushed tomatoes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At this point you want to be constantly stirring especially while you add.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add your cans of tomato paste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add your veggies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At this point your nearly done and you need to make sure its cooking down some and mixed well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lastly you need to add your slurry of baking soda, and stir a lot now, as it will start to boil over, but this extra step will help you with indigestion and other issues that a high concentration of tomato product will cause you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take it off the stove and cool down and a bit and your ready to serve, if your like us and like to save it for later in the week, wait till it is completely cooled down and freeze.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is it!
